METHOD OF PAYMENT

Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.  You may also deposit or wire transfer your payment to our bank account.  COD (Collect On Delivery) is Money order or bank certified check only.  COD payments are subject to a COD fee.

Net terms are given upon credit approval.  Please call us or send us your credit application.   NSF checks are subject to a $20 fee.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped from Stafford, TX 77477.  Freight charges are based on package weight and dimensions. We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) most of the time.  If you require us to ship via FedEx, please let us know in advance.

LTL shipments will be handled by the most economical way unless you would like to use your own preferred trucking company.  All orders will be handled within 24-48 hours upon confirmation if the items are in stock.  If temporarily out of stock, we will notify you.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Authorization for returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.  We will only accept merchandise in its original packaging and condition.  Customers are responsible for all freight charges on any returns unless otherwise stated at the time of authorization. We reserve the right to refuse any unreported/unauthorized returns and any costs incurred by Best Value Products for such returns will be the responsibility of the customer. All returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. If the reported issue is deemed to be invalid or misreported, a restocking charge may be applied.

If packages were delivered in a visibly damaged condition, please refuse the package or notify the UPS or truck driver of the damage then call us immediately.  Failure to do so may result in a loss of claim with the shipping company and a loss or delay of your refund.
